The Journal CHIRURGISCHE ALLGEMEINE ZEITUNG - also known as CHAZ - provides relevant and reliable information for surgeons of all fields with its expert contributions. In a precise and comprehensible way, surgeons receive a well-founded overview of the newest developments and progress with regard to their special field.
Additionally, news and reports inform about congresses and conferences, professional policies, financial handling, management of hospitals and medical offices as well as about the newest technical and pharmaceutical developments. With a circulation of 7.000 copies, the CHAZ reaches the majority of the German speaking surgeons. In the frame of media partnerships, the CHAZ supports a large number of relevant surgical congresses, annual meetings, courses and other events.
In 2021 the CHAZ is being published in four single and four extended double issues. In addition, there are two issues of the new format CHIRURGISCHE ALLGEMEINE ZEITUNG kompakt that are included in the subscription fee.
